Operations Coordination and Supervision Management

Overview

Operations Coordination and Supervision Management serves as one of the principal operational arms of the National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company (NIORDC). The Management is responsible for overseeing and coordinating refinery operations, crude oil and condensate processing, petroleum product production, transportation, storage, and nationwide distribution activities.

Through continuous monitoring of refinery performance and close coordination among refining companies, pipeline and telecommunication operators, and petroleum product distribution entities, the Management ensures the uninterrupted supply of petroleum products in compliance with national standards and international market requirements.

Drawing upon decades of operational experience, technical expertise, and domestic technological capabilities, the Management supports NIORDC’s strategic objectives, including refining process optimization, product quality enhancement, environmental compliance, energy efficiency improvement, and sustainable development of the refining sector.
