Missions of Investment Management
1. Planning for effective engagement with investment applicants and/or proponents seeking to provide financial and foreign exchange facilities (finance) to secure financial resources and/or facilitate direct domestic and foreign investment in the plans and projects of the National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company (NIORDC) and its subsidiaries;
2. Developing strategies and planning for attracting and facilitating the participation of domestic and foreign investors, and coordinating the implementation of objectives related to investment attraction and development;
3. Supervising the development of the Company's international relations with international institutions active in the oil refining, transmission and distribution industries in various parts of the world, including companies, international investment institutions, research and scientific foundations, and international economic organizations;
4. Managing communications aimed at attracting and facilitating the participation of foreign and domestic investors, as well as planning for the introduction of legal frameworks and investment opportunities;
5. Supervising the implementation of the necessary mechanisms for interaction with institutions and organizations providing financial and capital facilities, with a view to facilitating domestic and international participation and establishing the financial infrastructure required for the development of development plans and projects of the Company's subsidiaries;
6. Supervising the establishment of an appropriate operational framework for attracting the participation of capital market entities, investment institutions, and organizations providing financial and capital facilities;
7. Supervising the expansion and enhancement of the comprehensive financing system and its instruments (money market, capital market and insurance) through the participation of domestic and foreign natural and legal persons, increasing the effective share of the capital market in investment development, promoting stability and sustainability, and reducing the risks associated with the country's commercial and economic activities, with emphasis on enhancing transparency and the integrity of the financial system;
8. Developing investment development systems and financing policies, and participating in the creation of credit instruments and facilities in cooperation with capital market participants;
9. Assessing the technical and financial capabilities of investment applicants and submitting the final report to the Board of Directors, issuing agreements for the assignment of plans, and taking other necessary measures, such as concluding memoranda of understanding and issuing participation agreements, in coordination with the relevant units;
10. Supervising the integration and coherence of all investment attraction processes, including the provision of information, introduction of investment opportunities, and encouragement and promotion of investor participation;
11. Supervising the development of the Company's business partnerships with other oil companies, investors, and companies active in the refining and distribution industry, both inside and outside the country;
12. Regularly reviewing the money and capital markets to ensure the timely financing of the Company's short- and long-term development needs;
13. Supervising the design and selection of the most appropriate investment methods, with a focus on investors' capabilities in developing the plans and projects of NIORDC and its subsidiaries;
14. Supervising planning to establish effective interaction between the Company, the capital market and financial entities, and supporting investors in utilizing financial and banking facilities and financial advisory centers;
15. Supervising the identification of opportunities for increasing wealth creation and developing value creation across the Company's supply chain, as well as identifying the characteristics and areas of activity of groups and capital entities, and monitoring investment flows inside and outside the country;
16. Supervising the establishment and completion of databases on investment, financing, export of services and transfer of technical know-how, and connecting them to the required information networks
