Ms. Fatemeh Sarlak serves as Structure Engineering Manager at the National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company (NIORDC). She has extensive experience in organizational design, job evaluation, productivity improvement, and organizational development within Iran's downstream petroleum industry.
