Dr. Ali Ghaffarinejad serves as Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Manager at the National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company (NIORDC). He has extensive experience in enterprise information systems, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, business intelligence, enterprise resource planning (ERP), and human resources information systems within Iran's petroleum industry.

In parallel with his executive responsibilities, Dr. Ghaffarinejad has served as an Adjunct Lecturer at Amirkabir University of Technology, teaching courses in Electronic Marketing, Business Intelligence, Advanced Management Information Systems, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
